Refund policy

What we sell

Only digital reports, such as PDF kundli reports, which are generated straight after payment and delivered online. We do not sell physical goods, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges.

When you get a refund

If a report fails to generate or does not reach you after payment, or if it is materially wrong because of a technical error on our side (for example, a chart made for a different date from the one you entered), you can ask for a refund. We will then either send a corrected report or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

If money was deducted from your account but the order did not go through, write to us and the amount will be refunded in full.

When refunds are not possible

Because reports are generated and delivered instantly in digital form, we do not refund a report that was delivered correctly. This includes a change of mind, birth details entered incorrectly, or disagreement with the astrological interpretation.

Cancellation

A report is generated as soon as the payment goes through, so an order cannot be cancelled after payment. The refund rules above still apply.

How to ask for a refund

Write to hello@tadhpatra.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include the email address you ordered with, the Razorpay payment or transaction ID, and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 working days.

How the money comes back

Approved refunds are paid back through Razorpay to the method you paid with. We start the refund within 7 working days of approving it; your bank or card issuer may then take a few more working days to show it in your account.
